SECOND CALL FOR PROPOSALS

 

OF THE

 

HUNGARY-SLOVAKIA-ROMANIA-UKRAINE

ENI CBC PROGRAMME 2014-2020

LAUNCHED

on 17 May 2017

 

The second open Call for Proposals of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 has been launched today by the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Office acting as the Managing Authority (MA) of the Programme, the Slovak Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine acting as the National Authorities (NAs) in the Programme.

The indicative allocation of the first Call for Proposals is 22 million EUR, available for four different Priorities of the Programme as follows:

Priority 3.1: Promoting local culture and historical heritage along with tourism functions
Priority 6.1: Sustainable use of the environment in the cross border area – preservation of natural resources, actions to reduce GHG emission and pollution of rivers,
Priority 7.1: Development of transport infrastructure to improve the mobility of persons and goods,
Priority 7.2: Development of ICT infrastructure and information sharing and
Priority 8.1: Support to joint activities for the prevention of natural and man-made disasters as well as joint action during emergency situations.
Priority 8.2: Support to the development of health

The second Call for Proposals is opened for regular projects where either infrastructure, soft with an infrastructure component or soft project shall we designed and implemented with the conditions set by the Programme. The Call is opened until 15 September 2017 at 2 p.m. (14.00 CET), which is the deadline for the online submission of the project proposals to the one-round Call. Please be reminded that exclusively the online application will be considered as the basis for evaluation.

If relevances with macroregional strategies are evident („The project demonstrates added value to the implementation of the Programme strategy and relevant national/regional/ macro regional strategies”) by any project it can secure 3 point during the project evaluation process in HUSKROUA ENI CBC Programme. Letter of Recommendation (LoR) requested from PA5 for relevant projects should be helpful to receive these points. For LoR please contact us on with the filled template.
