Under the aegis of Danubiana Network and coordinated by the European House from Hungary civil society organisations from the four macro-regions, EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, Danube Region Strategy with the support of PA5, Eusair Facility Point and EUSALP combined forces and worked together in 2018-2020 on a project titled “Citizens of macro-regions for a stronger Europe”.
PA5, together with the Hungarian National Coordinator, PA2 and PA4 contributed to the booklet by meeting with the European House Budapest earlier last year.
The project concluding ideas testifies the still hidden potential of civil society actors to the implementation of macro-regional strategies for a citizens’ friendly Europe.
